Quick answers (one advisor) and instant answers (a figure from your documents) each have their own monthly allowance and don't use a council session. Allowances renew every month; top-up sessions don't expire.

How to pay

Create a free account, then choose a plan or a top-up on the Plan and billing page.

Refunds

  • Within 14 days: full refund. If you ask within 14 days of paying for a plan (monthly or yearly), we refund the full amount you paid. This includes founding-member prices.
  • Monthly plans after 14 days. No refund. You keep full access until the end of the month you paid for.
  • Yearly plans after 14 days. We refund every full month you have not started, at one twelfth of the price you paid per month. The month you are in is not refunded, and you keep access until it ends.
  • Session top-ups. Unused sessions from a top-up are refunded at 60 EGP each (300 EGP ÷ 5 sessions). Used sessions are not refunded.

الإجابات السريعة (مستشار واحد) والإجابات الفورية (رقم من مستنداتك) لكل واحدة رصيدها الشهري، ومش بتستخدم جلسة مجلس. كل الأرصدة بتتجدد كل شهر، والجلسات الإضافية مالهاش تاريخ انتهاء.

أنشئ حسابًا مجانيًا، ثم اختر باقة أو جلسات إضافية من صفحة الباقة والدفع.

الاسترداد

  • خلال 14 يومًا: استرداد كامل. إذا طلبت الاسترداد خلال 14 يومًا من دفع قيمة أي باقة (شهرية أو سنوية)، نردّ لك المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل، بما في ذلك أسعار الأعضاء المؤسسين.
  • الباقات الشهرية بعد 14 يومًا. لا يوجد استرداد، ويستمر وصولك الكامل حتى نهاية الشهر المدفوع.
  • الباقات السنوية بعد 14 يومًا. نردّ قيمة كل شهر كامل لم يبدأ بعد، بواقع جزء من اثني عشر من المبلغ المدفوع لكل شهر. لا يُستردّ الشهر الجاري، ويستمر وصولك حتى نهايته.
  • شحن الجلسات الإضافية. تُستردّ الجلسات غير المستخدمة بواقع 60 جنيهًا للجلسة (300 جنيه ÷ 5 جلسات). لا تُستردّ الجلسات المستخدمة.
